Return Policy
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to return your Lifetone HL for a full refund of your purchase price. (Shipping fees are not refunded).
To Return a Product
In order to return a product you must call our customer service number at
(800) 648-7923 and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) or
contact us to request an RMA number. All boxes containing returned products must have the RMA number written clearly on the outside of the box or the return shipment will not be accepted at Lifetone Technology, Inc.
All refunds are processed once we have received your returned merchandise. You will be notified via e-mail once your return is received and processed.
